NOTE: In early 2017, one year after the launch of their app, 2FD integrated their new CRM system into the mobile app adding significantly greater efficiencies to their entire operations. They are able to leverage their CRM investment by using the app platform to make it easy for customers to manage their pet services requirements with 2FD (e.g., make reservations, submit other paperwork) on the fly.

We have found it astonishing that Katy of Doxieworks discovered our business, contacted us and met with us, and created this app with very little help from us. We’re so busy running our business and we couldn’t visualize the usefulness very clearly. But Katy read every word of our website and our email marketing. She immersed herself in our culture and took it on herself to learn our business. She continually suggested new functions and features for the app. The number of users demonstrates (over 5500) how well she knows and believes in the technology and anticipated what our users would value.

Create a mobile app to support IAUMC’s Annual Conference and take advantage of mobile app technology to distribute the significant amount of content and communications created annually for a conference of over 800 churches in Iowa.
An affordable mobile app solution with the capability of streaming IAUMC’s live broadcast and publishing daily coverage of the Annual Conference. The app was viewed as a “go-to-portal” for accessing any and all information about IAUMC from the convenience of the smartphone.
Our app project proceeded with great ease and we were able to launch our app on both the iPhone and Android and respective tablets within 31 days of our Conference. Since our original launch, we have upgraded the app software to allow improved content management flexibility and enhanced design capabilities. The app has been well received.
